Question 1: When should I submit my design information?

We recommend completing your design studio submission within 48 hours of placing your order to help us begin your custom design as quickly as possible.

Question 2: What type of photos should I upload?

For the best print quality, please upload the original, high resolution versions of your photos. Avoid screenshots, heavy cropped images or photos downloaded from social media whenever possible.

Question 3: Can I upload more than one photo for a section?

No, only one selected photo per section to ensure correct photo is implemented into that particular section.

Question 4: Can I make changes after submitting my design form?

If you need to update a photo or correct information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible or may result in additional design fees.

Question 5: How long does production take?

Production begins after we've received all required files and information. Process timing vary depending on your product and current production schedule. You'll receive updates as your order progresses.
